澳大利亞國立大學(xué)法學(xué)院提供的法律研究生證書課程是開始法律研究生學(xué)習(xí)的最好方式；無論是對于非法律專業(yè)畢業(yè)生還是海外大學(xué)的法律專業(yè)畢業(yè)生，該課程既是一個單獨的法律資格課程，也是幫助學(xué)生順利進(jìn)入法律碩士課程的一個資格課程。所有沒有法律或相關(guān)學(xué)科背景的畢業(yè)生都須完成該課程，進(jìn)而在澳大利亞國立大學(xué)法學(xué)院攻讀法律碩士學(xué)位。來自海外大學(xué)的法律畢業(yè)生可以通過該課程增加他們對澳大利亞法律或法律機構(gòu)的理解。

三.課程設(shè)置
